Do you have nurses?

Yes, we have a registered nurse (RN), who is our Care Manager and is available to our clients. In addition, we also have Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN’s) who are available for our clients 24 hours a day.

Does the Institution offer Financial Aid?

Currently Evolution Health Academy does not participate in the Federal Student Aid programs. However, we offer grants/scholarship to qualified individuals along with a payment plan to assist with payment of tuition. We are affiliated with Florida Vocational Rehabilitation, Meritize, and TFC. Is there a required entrance test for the Nursing Program?

Licensed Practical Nurse, Foreign Medical Doctor, students that have completed Bachelor and Associate Degree are exempt from entrance exams. High school graduates have to take an entrance exam to be admitted to the PN or ASN Programs.

Is there a waiting list for the Nursing Program?

NO. There is no wait-list. Students not selected for a specific class in the Nursing program must re-apply in order to be considered for the next incoming class.

What should I do after receiving my acceptance letter?

An e-mail communication will be sent to inform Students of a required, on-campus, orientation session. At this mandatory admission orientation, all needed information will be provided with steps and further requirements for students toward registration for the selected nursing program. A school catalog will also be provided will all admission criteria.

What is the cost of the PN program?

$16,000.00

What is the Cost for the ASN or RN Program?

  • All depend of the previous College student transfer from.
  • If you have a High School Diploma only, your tuition will be around $35,000.00
  • If you have a Practical Nurse License with Pre-requisites completed, your tuition is around $21,000.00
  • If you have a Practical Nurse License without pre-requisites, your tuition is around $24,000.00
  • If you have a Practical Nurse License with some pre-requisites, your tuition will be between $21,000.00 to $24,000.00
  • If you have a Foreign Medical Degree Licensed, your tuition will be around $21,000.00

Yeah. We provide accommodation for out of State Students. We have several dorms to accommodate you in your Clinical Training. We have locations in The Plantation, Aventura, and Doral. Those are some of the safest neighborhoods in the Miami areas.

Could I transfer previous college courses?

Pre-requisite courses with at least a C grade could be transfer 100%. However a grade of B or higher is needed to transfer any nursing course. Pre-requisite and nursing scores are not the same thing. Pre-requisites are courses you must take before you move to the nursing portion of the program. Pre-requisites are the general education and science courses like English, Microbiology. Nursing courses are for example Fundamentals of nursing, maternity nursing…In summary, you could only transfer 50% of your nursing credits. However, you could transfer 100% of your pre-requisite courses.

Where would I complete my externship or clinical?

We have affiliation with several hospitals, nursing homes, urgent care clinics, government agencies, pediatric, maternity, and mental health clinics. Most of those agencies are in Miami Dade and Broward Counties.

Is there a student portal?

We use a software called Diamond for our student portal. You will have access to quiz, grade, schedule, attendance, tuition, and so on. We use Google Classroom Technology as a learning system for the didactic part of the program. You will have access once you meet all the admission criteria.
